Returns


We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Before returning any item, please contact us so we can assist you with the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
Used or burned candles.
Opened wax melts or fragrance products.
Custom-made or personalised items.
Gift cards or promotional items, where applicable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Any original delivery charges will only be refunded if:
The item was faulty.
The item was damaged in transit.
We sent the incorrect item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to:


A faulty item.


Damage during delivery.
An error made by The Cozy Wick Homemade Fragrance Collection.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
